I need to handle orders and requests

Where to look for orders, buyer questions, and next actions after a request.

Check orders and requests regularly so buyer interest does not go cold. When a new request arrives, the job is simple: open the list, understand what the buyer needs, and reply without leaving the request hanging.

Quick check

  1. Open orders and review new or active requests.
  2. Open the relevant order and check the buyer, contents, contacts, and comment.
  3. Compare the request with your current products or services.
  4. Contact the buyer and agree on the next step.
  5. If status updates are available in the section, update the status after the conversation or confirmation.

What to do with a new order

  1. Find the new request in the orders list or under the current active tab.
  2. Open the details and check who contacted you, what they want, and which contact channel makes sense.
  3. Make sure the product or service in the request is still described correctly: price, photo, terms, and availability should match what you are ready to confirm.
  4. Call or message the buyer through an available channel if you need to confirm details, timing, availability, or the next step.
  5. Record the result: what is already agreed, who is waiting for the next action, and whether the order status should be updated.
  6. Do not leave the request unanswered. Even a short reply helps the buyer understand that the request was seen and is being handled.

If something does not match

  • If the order contents look incomplete or unclear, open the related product card and check the description, photo, price, and availability.
  • If the buyer may be using the wrong or outdated contact path, review profile and contacts.
  • If the request points to an item that has already changed, update products and services first and then return to the buyer conversation.
  • If the request still feels unclear after checking, open the detailed orders page.

Buyers care about clarity as much as speed. A quick reply with a clear next step is better than silence.
