Products and Services
How to manage products and services, groups, import, export, and the company showcase.
Products and services is the main workspace for your company catalog. Here you manage the item list, organise products into groups, open import and export tools, and prepare the showcase for the company site.
For most sellers, it helps to build a tidy base catalog first: clear titles, a price, a few good images, and a simple group structure.

What you can do here
- The left side holds your product and service groups so the catalog stays easy to navigate.
- The main list helps you search, filter, and work with selected rows.
- The top action area gives quick access to
Add product/service,Add group,Import,Export, andShowcase.
What to understand first
- A group is a catalog section. It helps buyers find the right type of product or service faster.
- A product or service card is the individual offer: title, photo, description, price, or terms.
- Publication controls whether the item can be shown publicly.
- Availability helps buyers understand whether the item is currently available.
- The showcase highlights priority items on the company site, but it does not replace the normal catalog.
If a card has only a title or only a photo, buyers have less information to decide. For important items, add at least a short description, photo, price, or clear terms.
A good minimum card
Your first products do not need to be perfect. But every important item should give buyers enough information to understand the offer without extra messages:
- a clear title in ordinary words;
- the group where buyers would expect to find the product or service;
- a photo or other image when appearance helps people choose;
- a price, price range, or clear purchase terms;
- a short description: size, material, set contents, timing, service format, or important limitation;
- current publication and availability state.
If you sell services, use the card in the same way: service name, what is included, what affects the price, where you work, and how a buyer should take the next step.
Adding and editing items
When you create or edit an item, complete the main details: title, price, description, images, category, and publication settings. After a visible update, it is worth checking how the card now looks to visitors on the company site.
After a major edit, an item may return to a review state before it is shown publicly again.

For the first card, start with the clearest offer buyers ask about most often. Do not try to move the whole catalog at once: create one tidy item, check it on the company site, and then repeat the same format for other products or services.
Before saving the first item, check:
- a title without internal abbreviations;
- the group where buyers would really look for this item;
- a price or clear terms when the exact price depends on the order;
- a short description with the main characteristics;
- a photo or clear illustration when appearance affects the choice;
- publication and availability state.
Publication, availability, and showcase
These states solve different problems:
- publication controls whether the item can be shown publicly;
- availability helps buyers understand whether the item can be bought or ordered now;
- the showcase highlights selected items on the company site, but it does not make a weak card clearer.
Before sharing or promoting a product link, check all three: the card is published, it looks available, and if it is a key item, it is either in the showcase or easy to find in the right group.
Groups
Groups help keep the catalog tidy and make it easier for buyers to reach the right section. A simple group structure is usually the best place to start before you add individual products and services.
Import, export, and showcase
- Import helps you add many items from a file or update existing rows.
Exportprepares downloadable catalog files for reuse.Showcaselets you choose and arrange the items visitors should see first on the company site home page.
Available formats and import or export limits may depend on what is enabled for your company.
If you are just starting, prepare a few good cards manually first. After that, it is easier to prepare an import file because you already know which titles, groups, prices, descriptions, and images buyers need.
Use the showcase for items that explain your assortment best: popular products, seasonal offers, services that can be ordered quickly, or groups that help buyers start choosing. Do not place everything there: the home page works better when it shows a small set of strong and current offers.

Recommended flow
- Open products and services and review the group structure you need.
- Create the missing groups.
- Add items manually or use import when you need to load a file-based catalog.
- Review the title, price, images, description, and publication state of key items.
- Move priority items into the showcase if you want them featured on the company site home page.
- Use export when you need a ready-to-download catalog file.
After publication, it helps to open the company site and confirm that important items appear the way you expect.
To help buyers see a product or service, check that the card is published, has useful details, the company contacts are current, and the item is visible on the public company page or in the catalog.
