Site Settings

How to configure the public company site: address, language, appearance, menu, catalog, and integrations.

This page controls the public company storefront: its address and language, visual style, homepage, catalog defaults, menu, and connected services. It does not replace the company profile page and it does not edit products, articles, or contact details by itself.

Even when the template is already chosen, review the public site itself after each visible change, especially the homepage, menu, and mobile view, not only the settings form.

Address, domain, and language tab in company site settings

What you can configure here

  • Address, domain, and language. You can review the default site address, choose the storefront language, and start connecting your own domain. A separate domain usually needs settings at your domain provider first; then use the check-and-connect button.
  • Appearance. Template, colour scheme, logo, background, site icon, and other visible branding choices.
  • Homepage. Which blocks a visitor sees first on the main public page.
  • Catalog. Default list style, item count, and sort order for products and articles.
  • Menu. Renaming built-in menu items and adding custom pages based on articles you have already created.
  • Integrations. Fields for site verification, counters, pixels, and online chat widgets.

What to keep in mind

  • This page is for storefront settings, not for the full company profile.
  • Phones, addresses, company description, products, and articles are edited in their own sections; here you control how the public site presents them.
  • After saving, it is worth opening the public site right away and checking the homepage, catalog, menu, and mobile view.

What visitors see after changes

Different tabs affect different parts of the public site:

  • address and domain change the link you can share with buyers;
  • language affects storefront labels and interface text;
  • appearance changes the template, colours, logo, background, and other visible branding;
  • homepage controls the blocks visitors see first;
  • catalog sets the default look of product and article lists;
  • menu changes item labels and can add pages created from articles;
  • integrations connect site verification, counters, pixels, or chat.

If you need to change the actual contacts, company description, products, or articles, go to their dedicated cabinet sections. Site settings mostly control how the public page is presented and behaves.

Site address and domain

The company site has a default address that you can use for checking the result and share with buyers if it is suitable. If you need your own separate domain, connect it in the domain block: first prepare the settings at your domain provider, then come back here and run the connection check.

Do not change the domain only to make the address look nicer while the page is still empty. First make sure the site has contacts, products or services, and a clear homepage.

Before saving

Before saving, check that you are changing the section you intended to change. Pay special attention to domain, language, menu, and integrations: visitors may notice those settings as soon as they are saved or once the connection step is complete.

A practical flow

  1. Open site settings and go straight to the section that matches your task.
  2. Change only the tabs that affect your current outcome: appearance, homepage, catalog, menu, or integrations.
  3. If you are connecting your own domain, prepare the domain-provider settings first and finish that step with the separate check-and-connect button.
  4. Save the changes and open the public site to review the result on desktop and mobile.
  5. If something still looks off or the domain does not connect right away, contact support.

After saving, review the parts you actually changed: the first screen, menu labels, catalog view, and any visible counters or chat widgets.
