Orders

The orders page helps you open customer requests, check the buyer and order contents, and move the order to the next status.

Orders help you review buyer requests, check what is in the order, follow the status tabs, and move work forward without losing the history.

Even if order volume is still low, it helps to agree on a simple working rhythm early: who opens new requests, who checks the buyer and order contents, how quickly the buyer is contacted, and where the next status is recorded. Use export or extra capabilities as helper actions when they are enabled.

Order status tabs and the order list in the company cabinet

What is on the page

  1. New orders and requests need quick review.
  2. The top of the page has status tabs so you can quickly open all orders, new requests, orders in progress, paid, completed, or canceled orders.
  3. The list shows the buyer, the current status, and the order history, which makes it easier to see what has already been checked.
  4. Before changing the status, check the buyer, the order contents, and any contact details you need.
  5. If export or other extra capabilities are available to you, treat them as helper actions rather than a replacement for the usual order review.

In normal work, you use tabs such as All, New only, In progress, Paid, Completed, and Canceled. The labels help you filter orders by their current processing step.

How to review a new request

Start with the contents of the request, not with the status:

  • who the buyer is and how to contact them;
  • which products, services, or comments are included;
  • whether the price, availability, and terms match what you can confirm;
  • whether you need to clarify address, pickup or delivery, payment, or timing;
  • who on your side owns the next step.

If the order does not contain enough information, it is better to message or call the buyer quickly than to move the request forward too early.

How to avoid status confusion

Statuses are not just labels for a report. They help you and your team understand what is happening with a request. A new request is usually reviewed first, then moved into work. After payment or agreement, you mark the next step, and completed or canceled requests leave the active queue.

Do not change a status only because the order was opened. Change it after a real action: you answered the buyer, confirmed availability, agreed on payment, completed the order, or canceled it.

Working flow

  1. Open orders from the company cabinet.
  2. Switch to the new-requests tab or the status you need.
  3. Review the buyer and the order contents.
  4. Contact the buyer if clarification is needed.
  5. Move the order to the next status once the current step is complete.

What to check regularly

  • new requests, so buyers do not wait too long;
  • orders in progress where the next step depends on you;
  • paid or completed orders when a stage needs to be closed;
  • canceled requests, to see whether the same problem repeats;
  • company contacts, if buyers often cannot reach you.

If something looks wrong

  • verify that notifications were received;
  • check that the company profile has current contacts;
  • open the order and the related product card if the contents or price look strange;
  • if requests look incomplete or the status does not match expectations, send a question through support.

Order flows can vary a little depending on the available features, but the pattern stays the same: open the order, check the buyer details and contents, contact them if needed, and move the order to the next status.
